Returns and Refunds

General Customers

We strive to deliver exceptional quality. If a product does not meet your expectations, returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

  • Products must not have been opened, modified, or tampered with.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds will be issued once we receive and inspect your return, either to your original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference.

Wholesale / White Label / B2B

All wholesale, bulk, and white-label orders are final sale unless:

  • Items arrive damaged in transit.

  • There is a fulfillment error on our part (wrong product, quantity mismatch, etc.)

In such cases, photographic proof is required within 3 days of delivery, and our team will assist with an exchange or credit.

Incorrect or Damaged Items

If You Received the Wrong Item

Please email us the following:

  • Your Order ID or Invoice Number

  • The incorrect item’s name, quantity, and product code

  • Clear photos of the incorrect item(s)

If verified, we will arrange for a return and send the correct item, issue store credit, or process a refund if the item is unavailable.

If You Received Damaged Goods

Please share the following within 7 days of delivery:

  • Order ID or Invoice Number

  • Product details

  • Clear photo(s) showing the damage

Once reviewed, we will process an exchange or credit. For severe shipping damages, we may ask you to file a claim with your delivery carrier (e.g., UPS, FedEx, USPS).

International Orders

Mistymuse proudly serves global clients as an importer/exporter and white-label partner.

  • All international sales are final.

  • Customs duties, taxes, and any additional fees are the responsibility of the buyer/importer.

  • Please ensure your country permits the import of fragrance products before placing an order.

We provide documentation to facilitate customs clearance but are not liable for delays or refusals by foreign authorities.

Wholesale and White Label Clients

Mistymuse offers scalable solutions for:

  • Retailers and distributors

  • Hospitality & wellness brands

  • E-commerce entrepreneurs

  • Corporate gifting

By engaging in wholesale or private-label partnerships, clients agree to additional terms outlined in our Wholesale Agreement or White Label Contract, provided separately during onboarding.

All content on Mistymuse.com—including logos, graphics, product descriptions, text, and images—is the intellectual property of Mistymuse. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

Clients using our white-label service may only use Mistymuse assets if contractually agreed in writing.
